Delete your account

You don’t need an account to use BitBuilder. It exists for one reason: so BitBuilder Pro follows you to your other devices. If you’d like yours gone, here’s how.

In the app

1. Open BitBuilder on any device where you’re signed in: iPad, Mac, Android or the web.
2. Open Settings from the toolbar, then choose Account.
3. Choose Delete Account, then confirm by signing in again or entering your password.

Your account is deleted straight away. It can’t be undone.

By email

If you can’t sign in, email support@getbitbuilder.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm by reply once it’s done.

What’s deleted

• Your BitBuilder account, including your email address and any Apple or Google sign-in linked to it.

What isn’t

• Your boards and chips. They aren’t stored with your account, so they stay wherever you saved them.
• BitBuilder Pro. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play can be brought back with Restore Purchases on those devices, with or without an account. For purchases made on the web, our payments provider keeps the purchase record, so we can restore Pro if you contact us.
